Based on rummaging for supermarkets, I found something
that can help replace them. There is, of course not, but they can do that short
a little less painful in the morning.
Substitute latte:
Make decaffeinated coffee and mix with unsweetened
soymilk (soy milk). Please note that most soy beverages, as you know a little
bitter, are sugar. In this magazine Eroski (here in pdf, with comparison chart)
you have a good analysis of several, three of them without sugar. I buy from
Granovita, has less than one gram of carbohydrate per hundred. Then, if you
like sweet, you can add sweetener.
Substitute chocolate milk:
A throw in the same soy beverage pure cocoa and sugar
sweetener. You can find the cocoa department stores (Value has one) and food
stores.
Substitute cookies or muffins:
To make a kind of cake, follow this recipe: Grind about
12 tablespoons tablespoons flax. Mix in a mixer 6 eggs, a long jet sunflower
oil, equivalent to 8-10 teaspoons of sugar sweetener a half tablespoon sugar
pure cocoa and powdered yeast packet. Add the ground flax and whisk everything.
Pour into a container of about 2 liters and put it in the microwave on high for
10 minutes. It is as you see in the picture below, it is not the cake grandma,
but not bad. You can serve with margarine or butter, to give you some grace.
Although it may seem surprising, the most complicated of
this recipe is to grind flax. With a blade grinder, typical of coffee, you can
not do (at least I could not). You need a grinder wheels (easy to find but more
expensive) or a powerful multifunction machine.
